Our range of Anprolene cabinets
The standard Anprolene steriliser makes the most economical use of space by fitting across a standard 60 cm worktop. This also allows the door to open towards the operator. Any additional aeration required can take place in the steriliser. Cabinet can be used with 40 l (AN-79.16 gas kit) or 10 l liner bags (AN-71 or AN-73 gas kit). The AN-74i steriliser delivers highly effective and safe sterilisation of the widest range of items in a gentle, single process that preserves and extends the life of your products. Optional abator is available to comply with local requirements on EtO emissions.Go to Product description page
The extended Anprolene steriliser allows the operator to sterilise longer medical devices (such as (laparoscopic equipment). It has proven to be particularly popular with equine veterinary practices. Any additional aeration required can take place in the steriliser. Cabinet can be used with 40 l (AN-79.16 gas kit) or 10 l liner bags (AN-71 or AN-73 gas kit). Anprolene Refill kits
Three gas kits are available for the Anprolene sterilisers, the usual kit would be the AN-79.16 with 14 ampoules of 17.6 g gas and a 40 l bag, giving the user the maximum capacity load, a 5 g ampoule from the AN-71 or AN-73 kit can be added to the bag for large loads or a load of very absorbent items such as swabs or drapes. However, if you will ever need to sterilise single items the 10 l bag and small ampoule would be sufficient.
The standard Anprolene refill kit comes with ampoules and liner bags for 14 cycles. Each ampoule contains 17.6 g of EtO and the liner bag (sterilisation chamber) holds up to 40 l.
This small ampoule refill kit comes with ampoules and liner bags for 25 cycles. Each ampoule contains 5 g of EtO and the liner bag (sterilisation chamber) holds up to 10 l.
This small ampoule refill kit comes with ampoules and liner bags for 60 cycles. Each ampoule contains 5 g of EtO and the liner bag (steilisation chamber) holds up to 10 l.

Accessories/Consumables for Anprolene cabinets
In order to ensure a successful cycle other products may require as below:
An AN-87 dosimeter should be used in every cycle to confirm that the parameters for sterilisation have been met. The dosimeter measures time, concentration of gas and temperature. Single use item.
Humidichip and humiditube
In order for the cycle to be successful a minimum of 35% humidity is required. Should the humidity be below this a humidichip (Tyvek soaked in sterile water) is placed in a Humiditube, the tube is reusable and is to ensure that the Humidichip is not squashed.
The “Gold Standard” for ensuring sterilisation has occurred. The Andersen AN-2203 is placed in the centre of the load, at the end of the cycle the inner tube is “snapped” allowing the spore strip in the outer tube to be soaked with the growth medium. The tube is then incubated for 48 hours at 37 °C. If the medium is clear – your load was sterile.
In certain Countries or Regions local authorities will require an Abator attached to the exhast to reduce any EtO emissions. The abator is easy to install and comes with a cartridge that is good for 200 cycles.
Anprolene sterilisers only require a service after 5 years or 10,000 pump hours, whichever comes first. Although semi-annual maintenance should be done by the user (details in the user manual and on this website). If however, your facility or health and safety documents require an annual service prior to 5 years we can arrange a service contract for you.
