Andersen has been providing the life science industries with Ethylene Oxide sterilisation solutions since 1958. Today, we have more than 6,000 active users worldwide![@br@][@br@]Andersen’s continual research and product development ensures that our state-of-the-art systems are reliable and highly productive. Operating at a low temperature, sterilisers deliver Ethylene Oxide (EOGas™) to the load. This gently sterilises the most delicate of devices and eliminate the risks associated with other methods of sterilisation.
Learn more about the Andersen steriliser range:
Sterilisation cycle time from as low as three and a half hours. The EOGas Series 4 is ultra-safe for steriliser operators and boasts emission levels well below prescribed standards.
Andersen’s state-of-the-art gas diffusion technology delivers Ethylene Oxide directly to the sterilisation load, which means that unlike other sterilisation systems, you never use more gas than needed. Microorganisms (viruses, bacteria, fungi and even stubborn bacterial spores) are removed from instruments and equipment - enabling you to reach the International Standards Organisation's required sterility assurance level.[@br@][@br@]What is Multi-Load Processing?[@br@]The Series 3 multi-load steriliser range allows operators to add and remove bags from the steriliser at any time throughout the sterilisation process; this is as gas is purged in the chamber. The result: a versatile and unique system that saves time, labour and money.[@br@][@br@]Caring for the Environment[@br@]Andersen Products cares about the environment and its wellbeing. As such, our range of Series 3 Sterilisers do not use ozone damaging compounds (CFCs, HCFCs, and HFCs) and they are Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) registered. For further environmental protection we proudly offer the EOGas Disposer. This dry-bed filter removes up to 99% of EtO emissions. Our sterilisers also exceed OSHA’s expectations for personnel safety.
Advantages of the Series 3 EOGas Steriliser range include:[@br@]• International Standards Organisation (ISO) certified[@br@]• Sterilisation and aeration in the same cabinet[@br@]• Features a digital display with load tracking capability[@br@]• Power outage back-up protection
As the saying goes: 'time is money'. The new EOGas Series 4 Steriliser (AN88) from Andersen unites cutting-edge technology and practicality to bring you our fastest steriliser to date. Instruments are processed rapidly, eliminating microorganisms (including resilient bacterial spores), saving you money and labour. Suitable for literally everything but food, liquid and drugs.[@br@][@br@]Easy to Install and Operate[@br@]Operating between 40°C-55°C the Series 4 Steriliser utilises the latest in aeration technology: an advanced purging device allows sterilisation and aeration to occur in the same chamber for ease of use. Installation couldn’t be easier. Supplied with a wall mount installation kit, the AN88 requires only a 7/8” reinforced PVC exhaust line to the outside. No water or vacuum line is required.[@br@][@br@]Caring for the Environment[@br@]The EOGas Series 4 Steriliser uses 30-80% less gas than the nearest competitive systems and complies with OSHA’s requirement for operator exposure to Ethylene Oxide. No ozone depleting substances are used (CFCs, HFCs and HCFCs) and for additional environmental protection we offer the AN5100 Gas Disposer to eliminate 99% of the steriliser’s emissions.
Advantages of the EOGas Series 4 include:[@br@]• International Standards Organisation (ISO) certified[@br@]• Digital display with load tracking capability[@br@]• Fully compliant with electrical safety standards[@br@]• Uses less than 18cc of EtO per cycle
Andersen’s high-tech table-top Anprolene® sterilisers are ideal for small office-based and medium sterilisation requirements. Ethylene Oxide (EtO) is delivered to the sterilisation load - killing microorganisms such as viruses, bacteria, fungi and even resistant bacterial spores, making the International Standards Organisation’s required sterility assurance level achievable. Anprolene Sterilisers have the ability to sterilise and preserve a wide variety of instruments and devices that are sensitive to other sterilisation methods such as heat, chemical and moisture.[@br@][@br@]Simple to Install and Operate[@br@]Using 80% less EtO than our nearest competitor, Anprolene Sterilisers function at room temperature and do not require vacuum lines or water sources. As sterilisation and aeration occur in the same cabinet, once the sterilisation cycle has completed items will aerate for a two-hour period and will continue to do so until the items are removed from the cabinet.[@br@][@br@]Caring for the Environment[@br@]The protection and well-being of the environment is important to Andersen. As such, Anprolene Sterilisers are Environmental Protection Agency registered, and do not use ozone-depleting substances (CFCs, HCFCs and HFCs). A combination of ventilation and purge systems in all of the steriliser cabinets ensure that Ethylene Oxide (EtO) exposure levels are kept below OSHA prescribed limits.[@br@][@br@]Andersen also offers a dry-bed filter (the Anprolene® Gas Disposer) to eliminate more than 99% of EtO emissions.
Advantages of the Anprolene Steriliser range include:[@br@]• International Standards Organisation (ISO) certified[@br@]• For load flexibility there are three gas dose and bag combination[@br@]• EtO emissions are below those stipulated by OSHA[@br@]• Designed for small work areas
