Sterilisation Cabinets and Consumables

Andersen EtO gas sterilisers deliver highly effective and safe sterilisation of the widest range of items in a gentle, single process that preserves and extends the life of devices. Customers include hospitals, clinics and medical device manufacturers. Andersen’s unique micro-dose delivery system at most just 17.6g of EtO to achieve the 10-6 sterility Assurance Level (SAL) required by EN ISO 556-1.

Products range from the entry level, ambient temperature Anprolene machines, through to the fast or high capacity EOGas machines that run at 50°C and Sterijet with the capacity of a traditional EtO sterilisation chamber. The Series 4 sterilisation cycles lasts just 3 hours. Customers may also wish to use an abator, which removes over 99.9% of the EtO from the exhaust.

The entire product range is CE marked, extremely reliable and simple to install. The negative pressure maintained in the cabinet, combined with the tiny amount of EtO being used each cycle, means that Andersen cabinets easily meet any required exposure limits. The consumables are all free of EtO after use and may be disposed of as household waste.




Sterilisation Product Categories – 100% EtO Sterilisation

Ambient temperature, bench top cabinets with active aeration. The least expensive low temperature sterilisation cabinets available.
50°C or 30°C cycle, bench top cabinet with active aeration. 3½ hour cycle. The fastest EtO steriliser available, delivering 10-6 SAL.
40 - 55°C cycles, free standing cabinet, running up to 10 independent 60L loads at any one time. All cycles deliver 10-6 SAL.
Cost effective, in house, scalable sterilisation for small lot medical device manufacturers. Delivers vacuum packed product with 10-6 SAL.
Self-seal pouches and Tyvek rolls suitable for EtO sterilisation, as well as Andersen’s own Seal and Peel and a range of packaging sealers.
Self-contained biological indicators and BI strips, indicator labels and the Dosimeter®, Andersen’s own quantifiable chemical integrator.
Electronic detectors, badges (15 min STEL & 8 hr TWA) and hand-held air capture devices to confirm no operator exposure to EtO.
Abatement technology to remove over 99% of the EtO from the exhaust. Meets the most stringent requirements anywhere.
